To see if you are qualified for semi-permanent makeup, PLEASE go over our list of important eligibility qualifications that pertain to your health before booking your appointment. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service and non-refundable deposit.
NOT recommended for those who are:
- Under the age of 18
- Pregnant or nursing
- Affected by skin irritations & conditions not limited to, but including eczema, psoriasis, keloid disorder, rashes, sunburns, acne, etc. near the treated areas
- Diabetic (consult your doctor)
- Undergoing Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy (consult your doctor)
- Affected by viral infections and/or diseases
- Affected by epilepsy
- Have a pacemaker or major heart issues
- Had an organ transplant
- Sick (cold, flu, etc)
- Affected by glaucoma and /or taking blood thinning medicines
- Had botox in the past 2 months (we recommend doing microblading first)
- Users of Accutane, antasure and steroids in the past year
- Under doctor's care/taking medication. Please message us first.
- Have previous permanent makeup on your eyebrows. If you do, please send us a clear picture of your eyebrows without any makeup for consideration before booking. If you booked without our approval and we are unable to correct your eyebrows, it will result in a loss of your deposit.
- Touch Ups are not included with your initial session.
- Touch Ups are recommended within 6 months, but vary per client
- It is the client's responsibility to book touch ups accordingly
- Please be sure to send a picture to check if you do need a touch up
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit will go towards your service and the remainder of the balance will be paid on the day of service.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your appointment.
Kindly give us a 72-hour notice if you’re unable to keep your original appointment (Within the next 7 days - your deposit can be used to reschedule for a later date). Notices given after 72 hours will result in a lost of your deposit and another $100 will be required to reschedule your next appointment.

- If you choose to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit
- 15+ minutes of tardiness will result in cancellation of your appointment. Rebooking will require another deposit
- No shows will result in no further bookings
- If you fail to inform us of any violations of the Before Care(above) policies, it will result in a loss of deposit
- If you are sick with the flu, have a slight cough or any symptoms related to Covid-19, or been in contact with a Covid-positive person, please let me know so we can reschedule (Contact me at 626-838-3677). There will be a one-time courtesy deposit waive for covid-related rescheduling. Proof of a negative Covid-test result will be needed before rescheduling.
- If you show up sick or show any signs of Covid-19 symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you fail to show up to your complimentary touch up or give at least 72 hour notice, your touch up will no longer be complementary upon rescheduling. A $50 fee will be required to reschedule.
- Don't work out the day before the procedure
- Don't tan with 2 weeks of procedure (don't sunburn)
- NO caffeine or alcohol 48 hours before procedure
- Don't take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish Oils, Biotin or Ibuprofen within 48-72 hours of procedure (Tyleonol or acetaminophen is okay)
- No waxing, plucking, or electrolysis within 48 hours of the procedure
- Please let us know about any rashes or pimples on your brows within 48 hours of the procedure
- Avoid botox (and other fillers), chemical peels, and laser treatments within 4 weeks of the procedure
- Please note - You will be more sensitive if you are on your menstrual cycle
FOR 14 DAYS:
- Let your brows dry heal and keep them clean
- No water, cleansers, cream or makeup on the brows
- Avoid sweating
- No facials, chemical treatments, or microdermabrsion
- No sauna, steam rooms, pools, massage, and other skin treatments
- Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks
- Don't rub, pick, or scratch your brows. Let the dry skin naturally fall off
Below are the studio’s protocols:
- No guests are allowed therefore, please arrive alone.
- Call me when you arrive 626-838-3677. Stay in your car. I will let you know when to come in.
- Please enter with your mask on. There will be a contactless temperature check.
- You’ll be directed to our washing station to wash your hands before we start.
